Not surprisingly, it’s France’s fault.
Here’s their spokesman Drew Herdener’s official statement:
This is an embarrassing and ham-fisted cataloging error for a company that prides itself on offering complete selection.

Ugh, I wish I didn’t have to wake up from my Zombie Jesus Day food coma to this.  Amazon has been reclassifying nearly all gay-related material as “adult material”, meaning that these items will no longer turn up in search results, sales rankings, bestseller lists, etc.  Authors that have contacted Amazon have been getting [...]
