I was listening to Flo Rida’s new album R.O.O.T.S. the other day because “Right Round” is pretty much my jam, and I realized that this album is the pop version of Design on a Dime:  take something old and tarnished by time you found in the basement, put a new coat of paint on it, bam, fabulous new patio furniture WITH STORAGE SPACE.  

Big whoop. Nothing new.  Sampling has been happening forever. Even Jesse McCartney gets sampled.

Flo Rida just leveled up in the sampling game.  Just examine the following evidence.  Hilarious and effective.
